What is collected

Pakvaro may keep a business contact's name, role, company, work email or published business contact channel, company website, country, the public page where the details appeared, message history, project-fit notes and opt-out status. Pakvaro does not seek private contact details, bought lists or sensitive information about private life.

Where it comes from

Details come from the person directly, an introduction or public company-controlled pages such as a company website, contact page, team page or professional company profile. Public information is still treated as personal data when it identifies a person.

Why it is used

Only the minimum contact information needed to answer an enquiry, assess whether a Device-to-Demo Sprint may fit, keep a record of a business conversation, or send one relevant first message and no more than one follow-up is used. It is not sold, rented, added to a newsletter or used for automated profiling.

Where the GDPR applies, the intended basis for proportionate business outreach is legitimate interests, subject to a balancing check and any stricter local electronic-marketing rule. Enquiries are handled to respond to the request or take requested pre-contract steps.

Retention

If no project starts, ordinary enquiry and outreach records are deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last interaction. Contract, invoice, tax, dispute or security records may be kept longer where required. After an opt-out, only the minimum suppression record is kept for as long as needed to prevent another message.

Sharing and safeguards

Contact records are used only by Pakvaro and service providers needed for email, hosting, contracting, payment or professional advice. Customer personal data, credentials, keys, production exports, confidential code and identifiable telemetry are not submitted to consumer AI services.

Your choices

Reply “stop” to an outreach message to opt out; the request is honoured the same day. You may also ask what contact information is held, where it came from, or request correction or deletion. A minimal record may be retained where law or an ongoing suppression need requires it.

No tracking on this site

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking pixels or external runtime assets. It does not track visitors across sites. The hosting provider may process ordinary access and security logs under its own terms.
